These are an easy way to keep track of Conditions in battle. Each token is a simple clear acrylic disc with the name of the condition in the center and basic symbols around the outside edge. Each one is 1.25" radius, so you can see them beneath a medium sized miniature.
There are 16 conditions and three tokens of each in a set, for a total of 48 tokens.
